We’ll be at the York Rotary Dragon Boat Challenge – Come and say hello!

This time last year, the Seas the Day team were gearing up to get out on the River Ouse as part of the York Rotary Dragon Boat Challenge. Seems like only yesterday we were donning our fab and fishy headpieces.

This time around, we’ve given up our sea legs and decided to stay on dry land. Come and find us on Sunday 9th July from 10 am - 4 pmWe’ll be on stall 3, just off Judi Dench Walk on the North Bank Gala.

Come down to say hello and find out more about the projects we run in and around York. Our stall will be full of fun fundraising games, plants galore and funky glitter face painting, too. All the fun stuff!

Our fundraising stall in 2022 included lucky dips and tombolas

We’re excited and almost ready to rock and roll but we’re in need of an extra pair of hands to help on the stall. Can you help?

Duties would include setting up and packing down the stall, taking donations and engaging people in our fundraising activities. You’ll be brought up to speed on the day, and we’ll work around your availability to make sure you get the most out of the role. If you’d like to help us raise money, meet new people and have a whole load of fun, then get in touch.

We’d also like to hear from anyone who might want to hop in a boat for AAM for next year's races. If you’re interested in either activity, pop down or email us at hello@aamedia.org.uk – we’d love to chat.
