Buskers spread cheer to Saturday shoppers

We’re into March already and our first Busking event of 2023.

On Saturday 4th March we headed down to Asda at Monks Cross to spread some cheer.

Our Hands & Voices and IMPs pitched up, along with some familiar faces from Movers & Shakers, and we were off!  

The choirs sang two hours’ worth of their favourite songs for Saturday shoppers. From wishing for warmer weather with ‘Summer Holiday’ to a fab ABBA mega mix- our guys smashed it.

As well as raising smiles, they managed to raise an incredible £338.30! How AAM-azing is that? 

The funds raised will go straight back into supporting the groups who performed on the day. A massive thank you to everyone who came down, sang along, and popped some change into our donation buckets. It means so much.
