Why did you decide to raise funds for Accessible Arts & Media?
My much better half, Hannah, works at AAM. So I’m well aware of the need for funding to help them keep up their excellent work in the community.

AAM bring a lot of happiness to people. They greatly improve people’s enjoyment of life.
How's your training going?
Training’s going ok, but need to step it up a bit to hit my 45 min target.
Do you have any top training tips for others looking to run a 10K?
Best tactic I’ve found is to do 2 mile runs regularly, really push to the limit so you’re exhausted. Then running a 10k (at a slower pace of course) feels much easier.
We love music here at AAM - what's the track guaranteed to get you going when you're out training?
I have a lot of rock stuff on my running playlist. Lots of AC/DC. Livewire by AC/DC is a good one to start with. Starts quiet & steady, then kicks in!!
